Manager Jorge Sampaoli has been spotted carrying a notebook which appeared to contain his plans for their game. Sampaoli is under massive pressure after Argentina’s 3-0 defeat to Croatia and it looks like he’s planning on big changes to his team.

Reports in Argentina suggest he could go with the following team: Franco Armani; Salvio or Mercado, Otamendi, Rojo, Tagliafico; Enzo Pérez, Mascherano, Banega; Messi, Higuaín and Di María. No matter the starting line-up on Tuesday the focus will all be on Lionel Messi and whether he can guide Argentina into the next round.
